Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise requested, we ship all items either by UPS or USPS.

All shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our parts warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, it does occur occasionally.If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package; have the shipper immediately return it to us. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to us. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault.
We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy: ADCO Power Steering Products, Inc. will refund or replace any defective or non-defective parts. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order. All returns require prior approval, please contact us either by phone or on-line to receive your approval prior to shipping the item(s).

Email: Send an email request to adco@att.net complete with your "Order Number. Please note "reason for return" within body of email. Once you have submitted your request a Returns specialist will call or email you within 48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) and you will then receive approval and instructions on how to return your item(s). Shipments received without proper approval and the order number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be charged a 15% restocking fee. ADCO Power Steering Products, Inc. is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and order number) on or in the box.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return parts that:

Are in their original packaging

Have not been used, installed, or disassembled

Are not damaged due to improper installation

Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

We will issue a full refund for any returned parts when your return meets the above requirements, less our 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective part, all other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund. Once we have received your returned part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued and all applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Again, the cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.

Additional Costs: ADCO Power Steering Products, Inc. will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Returned parts sent C.O.D. will not be accepted!

Ordering

If you would like to place an order, or have any questions about products shown on our website, please contact our sales staff. We cannot guarantee the immediate availability of any product shown on our website. In the event a product is out of stock the availability will be based on the current inventory of a particular vendor.

Cancellation of Sale: Please note, all orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Parts ordered through the our website can be paid for with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Debit Cards, or PayPal. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. Credit cards will be charged when the order is placed. All payments MUST be done on-line due to credit card security.

Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, depending on the destination of the order. Prices are subject to change at anytime.

Viewing Orders

You can view your order through an order number. Upon placing your order, you will be given a username and password that you can use to check your order via the order number. You can find this number when you
open your account and check your order details.

Updating Account Information

You can view/edit your account information by signing in to your existing account.
